Mark left the Armed Forces after 23 years due to a diagnosis of PTSD. It was while on his recovery journey that Mark and Alex found a passion for Specialty Coffee and this is where The Flat Cap Coffee Roasting Company was born! Together, they source some of the finest and most ethical Specialty Coffee beans from around the World and carefully roast them in small batches at their Roastery to create some of the very best tasting coffees. New Wave Seafood was set up by Tim Boyd in 1989 to provide top-quality fresh fish and shellfish to some of the best restaurants in the country. Wadworth has been brewing beer in the beautiful market town of Devizes since 1875. Originally founded by Henry Alfred Wadworth, the business passed to his founding partner John Smith Bartholomew and is now in the fifth generation of ownership by the Bartholomew family. The brewery Supply us with all our Beers, Wines and Spirits and are only minutes from our front door.
